HP Sauce and Heinz Salad Cream are both to be temporarily re-named this year, to celebrate the Queen’s platinum jubilee.
From 3rd May it will label the containers “HM Sauce” and “Heinz Salad Queen” for the whole of the Jubilee celebration. The special labelling will be available as long as stocks last.
Research has suggested that nearly half (48%) of UK consumers say the 70th anniversary of the Queen’s accession to the throne will present a fun opportunity to eat more British foods (TalkingRetail, 2022).
