Walmart has partnered with Tot Squad, a platform dedicated to parental support, covering topics ranging from sleep consulting to feeding support and car seat installation. Services will now be available at Walmart, both in-store and online.
The partnership allows customers to choose desired products on Walmart.com, then by selecting “Get Expert Help“, a consultation with one of Tot Squad’s experts will be included in the purchase. For in-store customers, accompanying QR codes will be found throughout the Baby department in select stores, leading to the option to buy support from Tot Squad.
To promote the new partnership, Tot Squad is participating in several omni-channel activations at Walmart during the Baby Days seasonal event. The Own the Night campaign, found within 3,200 stores alongside Huggies and Johnson & Johnson is highlighting Tot Squad’s sleep consulting to support healthy bedtime routines. Customers have also been able to directly communicate with Tot Squad CEO, Jen Saxton, as she participated in a shoppable livestream event on Walmart Live.
