We recognise that our team produce their best work when they are happy and motivated. We prioritise wellbeing and work-life balance through a number of initiatives which include the training of mental health first-aiders, access to a wellbeing room, flexible working, and time away from the office to focus on family and friends.

We put the wellbeing of our team first. Whilst our goal is to super-serve our clients, enjoying the work we do and the people we work with is paramount.

We’re here to support one another both professionally and personally. We’re constantly learning in an environment where there are no stupid questions, only knowledge sharing, creative thinking, advice and coaching.

Spending time together and celebrating our successes is fundamental to recognising the great work that goes on around the business. We meet weekly to share news and ideas, recognise our achievements, and hear updates from our Culture Club around EDI, charity, sustainability, health and wellbeing, and of course to plan our monthly socials that allow us to enjoy each other’s company away from the pressures of work.

Flexibility around you

We offer flexible working hours to fit around individuals home-life or for those who work with clients in different time zones.

In the interest of collaboration, we ask that the team work from the office 2-days per week, while giving staff the option to work from home when they need time to focus on their work.

Our office space

We have a fabulous HQ near Leeds Dock, and only a short walk into central Leeds. Our open-plan office space is shared with another Advantage Smollan agency - IMA - which creates a highly energetic, collaborative environment, with the added benefits of communal meeting spaces, barista coffee, a licensed bar and secure parking.

Retail expertise at our core

We have built an incredible team of retail and media experts, with backgrounds in retailing, media strategy, planning and buying (from some of the biggest agencies in the UK), retail media, design and creative solutions, analytics, data management & technology. Individually (but particularly combined) we have a vast wealth of knowledge, experience, and a track record of over-delivery for our clients.

We strive for excellence within our client service, we understand their businesses, we are responsive and always go the extra mile.

We quality check our work and use our client service charter to guide our behaviour and outputs.

Socials

Monthly socials are a great opportunity to let our hair down, enjoy each other’s company and unwind after a hard (but rewarding) month’s work! GIG’s Social Squad has formally committed to monthly get-togethers - whether it’s a lunch, brunch, or after-work drinks, the goal is to ‘down tools’ and spend quality time together.
